What I'm Doing Now
- Tinkles accepted both lambs and they're all out in the field again. Only 6 ewes in the paddock yet to lamb. Another 150 sheep due imminently for round 2 of lambing.
- New project on Instagram going OK and I've posted every day.
- Returned to Tana - improved in lots of ways, especially the mobile app. Some Supertags just won't retain their settings though, especially options, which is a bit frustrating.
- Spoke about the Essence Map at a local women's group and had positive feedback. It made me rethink and dust off my book.
What I'm Writing
- Re-writing the Essence Map. I've gathered up old notes and am revisiting it. I have notes dotted around everywhere so need to corral them into one place. Feel much more motivated after the feedback from my public speaking gig.
What I'm Reading
You can see my latest reads, together with my 100 book project progress, here.
After watching The Equalizer, I decided to read the Top 100 books of all time. I have no idea how long this will take me, or if I will finish. It's a worthy goal, though.
I've got sidetracked with books that aren't on the Top 100 list!
Reading about Eleanor Roosevelt. I knew nothing about her life. And Eleanor of Castile.
Still loving Churchill's Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare: The Mavericks who Plotted Hitler's Defeat which reminds me how much I used to enjoy reading books about WWI and II. I'm not entirely sure why - I think it was the derring do and there was a certain glorification of thwarting the enemy. Of course, now I appreciate just how many lives were lost or impacted for a lifetime.
It seems as though they made people differently back then. Stiff upper lip and all that.

What's Noteworthy
Using a 2026 tracker spreadsheet to see how I spend my time. I've lapsed with this a little while I've had flu.

Eden (previously Kortex)- this has become increasingly complex and I've lost interest. I did revisit it briefly when the Telegram integration was announced but, after one day, I'd run out of credit. Tana credit lasts much longer.- Bear Blog
